A closing yesterday on Miami’s South Beach set a record for a condo sale with a price of $21.5 million. The top floor penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 5,803 square feet (that’s $3,705 per square foot). The property was originally listed for $27 million last year by the founder of Netscape who paid $9 million for it seven years ago. Read the whole story here.
