The July housing statistics have been released for Texas and the U.S. Low inventory across much of the country has caused a slow down in the number of homes sold in July compared to that of a year ago. November 2015 was the last time we experienced a year-over-year decline in homes sold. We’ve been having similar struggles here in the Austin area with low inventory and affordability.
