Quirky MLS Stats: Homes for Sale for At Least Two Years

Even in a fast moving real estate, many homes do not sell quickly, if at all.  As of today, there are 581 homes for sale that have been on the market for at least six months.  The number drops to 99 for homes for sale for at least one year.  With the strong market in the Austin area, you might be surprised to know that there are homes that have been for sale for longer than two years (and the longest days on market is currently 1,200....and counting).  To see an always updated list of homes for sale for at least two years, use this link.
