Maybe Take Those Photos Down

People will see them.  When you put your house on the market, be careful about the photos you have around the house.  A client of mine purchased a home about 10 years ago and we still laugh about a few photos that were in the master bedroom when we viewed the home.  In one of them, the lady of house was holding a small dog.  The dog was positioned in just the right way so that you could clearly see she was topless, but that the dog concealed her.  In another photo, she was wearing a bikini and standing in front of a large truck.  Memory fails as to whether it was a pickup or a semi, but that’s not the point.  The point is that she was standing with one leg up on the bumper in this kind of a pose.  Trust me, she did it better than I can describe it.  So, when your house is on the market, you want people to remember the house not your photos, so I suggest a little discretion.
