Worldwide, there are some tough places to afford a home.  Courtesy of Statista, here are the top ten cities that are the hardest to afford a home.  #10 is Toronto.  #9 is Melbourne Australia.  #8 is San Fransisco.  #7 is Auckland, New Zealand.  Los Angeles comes in at #6 followed by San Jose at #5.  Honolulu is #4 making it the most difficult city to afford a home in the US.  Vancouver Canada is #3.  Sydney Australia is #2.  And the city in which it is most difficult to afford a home is Hong Kong, where the median price of a home is 19 times as high as the median annual income.
