The April 2016 housing statistics are available for Texas and the U.S. I’m beginning to sound like a broken record when I report on the housing data! April’s median sales price increased across Texas and the country, at a similar pace (6.1% and 6.3% respectively). April also yielded an increase in the number of homes sold in Texas and the U.S. If you’ve thought of selling and would like to discuss if now is the right time for you to get started, please contact me via email, by phone at 512-650-7300, or by using the comment box at the bottom of this page.
