March 2017 Existing Home Sales – Austin

The first two months of 2017 outperformed those of 2016 in terms of the number of homes sold, with and without new construction homes included.  Sadly, in March 2017 we begin to fall slightly short.  Comparatively, March 2017 is down 2.7% (excluding new construction) and down 1.7% (including new construction) from a year ago.  Additional monthly statistics and year-to-date figures are below.  Also, check back in a week or so when the statewide and national sales information become available.
