If you already own a house and are tired of hearing about the First-Time Homebuyer Credit, then I have great news for you – the Move-Up Homebuyer Credit has arrived in Austin, Texas!

Like millions of other homeowners, you might wish there was a program designed for you.  Well, wish no more!  I’m pleased to announce my Move-Up Homebuyer Credit.  Effective immediately, anyone who sells and buys a home with me in the Austin, TX area will receive the Move-Up Homebuyer Credit.  The credit is equal to 1% of the sales price of the home you sell.

No Income Limitations!  Unlike the First-Time Homebuyer Credit, there are no income limitations.  Regardless of how much you earn, you are eligible for the rebate (no phaseout either)!

No Forms to Complete!  Unlike the First-Time Homebuyer Credit, there are no IRS forms to fill out and no tax returns to amend!  I simply hand you a check.

No Congressional Extension Required!  Unlike the First-Time Homebuyer Credit, this offer will not expire on December 1, 2009.  The Move-Up Homebuyer Credit is in effect through June 30, 2010.

When you are ready to move-up to your next home in the Austin area, contact me to take advantage of this fabulous program.

The fine print:  It’s the same as the big print.  There’s nothing to hide about the Move-Up Homebuyer Credit.  Simply sell your current home and buy your next one with Craig Smyser of RE/MAX Capital City and you’ll get a check for 1% of the sales price of the home you sell.  Listing agreement must be signed by June 30, 2010.
