The first time homebuyer credit extension and expansion to existing homeowners was signed into law today.  Please reference the earlier posts for a more detailed explanation.  I try not to get into the politics of issues in the space, but I certainly recognize that there are both supporters and opponents of this new law.

If you are a first-time buyer who didn't hasn't found a house yet, I can certainly help you in the months we have left.  For those of you who already own a home, you can get a double-dip on buying a house now.  In addition to the tax credit, I have my own Move-Up Homebuyer Credit.  When you combine these two credits, you'll be suprised at how much money you can save.  And for those of you who own a home but don't meet the IRS criteria for the federal credit, you most definitely can still get my credit.  For more information on the credit, click here.
