This week I had the opportunity to tour Dell Children's Hospital in Austin.  A big group of us from RE/MAX Capital City got a firsthand look at this wonderful facility so that we could see what our donations are helping to fund.  Fortunately, I've never had to take my kids over there so this was my first time to see it.  All I can say is "Wow!"  This hospital is amazing and creates such a wonderful atmosphere for the kids who have to spend time there for treatment.

RE/MAX has long been a major contributor to Children's Miracle Network.  In Austin, all of the money we contribute to CMN goes straight to Dell Children's Hospital so all of our funds stay right here to help local kids.

In 2009, RE/MAX Capital City once again contributed more to Children's Miracle Network than any other RE/MAX company in Central Texas.  But our colleagues throughout Texas also contribute at a high level.  For the third year in a row, RE/MAX of Texas was the top contributing region through the RE/MAX network (over $396,000).  In 2009, RE/MAX crossed the $100 million threshold in total contributions to Children's Miracle Network (we are one of only three companies to have reached that level).
